Payment and Cancellation Policy

Sessions are booked and paid for prior to confirming the details of the reading.

Clients are expected to have

• paper and pen for writing
• an audio recording device if required
• good access to the internet
• a working device with an internet browser
• headphones/microphone in place
• a warm quiet room to undertake the reading
• a comfortable spot to sit down and possibly lie down
• a pillow, blanket and a glass of water

Sessions can be moved 1 week prior to the session if you are unable to make the appointment. To do so, please email me on theinnervoiceonline@gmail.com – there is no cost for such a reschedule. Sessions cannot be moved less than 1 week before a session is booked.

Cancellation can take place up to 48hrs before the start of the session with a 50% refund.

Cancellations less than 48hrs before the start of the session time are not refunded.
